Hali ya mwenyekiti wa CHADEMA taifa na mbunge wa jimbo la Hai anayemaliza muda wake, mh Freeman Aikae Mbowe, imeendelea kuimarika.

Akizungumza na waandishi wa habari muda mfupi uliopita katika Hospitali ya taifa ya Muhimbili, anakopatiwa matibabu, mh Mbowe, amesema anaendelea vizuri na kwamba bado anaendelea kupumzika hospitalini hapo, kama alivyopangiwa na madaktari wanaoangalia hali yake.

”Hali yangu imeendelea kuimarika na kilichonipata jana kwa mujibu wa uchunguzi wa madaktari ni uchovu wa muda mrefu, uliobainishwa kutokana na shughuli za muda mrefu bila kupumzika katika shughuli zangu za kisiasa” amesema Mbowe.

Mh Mbowe ameongeza kwamba, madaktari wamemtaka kuendelea kuwa chini ya uangalizi wao mpaka hapo watakapo mruhusu kuendelea na shughuli zake za kwawaida.

Mmoja kati ya madaktari wanaoangalia afya ya mh Mbowe, Dr Tulizo Sanga(daktari bingwa wa magonjwa ya moyo) ,amewaambia waandishi wa habari hospitalini hapo kwamba, mh Mbowe alipokelewa jana akitokea Hospitali ya Doctors Mall ya Kinondoni,jijini Dar Es Salaam, kwa ajili ya uangalizi na uchunguzi zaidi kutokana na kuugua ghafla wakati akiwa katika msafara wa mgombea urais wa CHADEMA, Edward Lowassa.

Mh Mbowe amelazwa katika hospitali ya Muhimbili, kitengo cha moyo, baada ya kuugua ghafla jana na kukimbizwa hospitalini hapo.
 
Nae James Mbatia mwenyekiti wa NCCR Mageuzi, ambaye pia ni mwenyekiti mwenza wa UKAWA, amefika hospitalini hapo kumjulia hali mh Mbowe, na amesema pamoja na hali ya kuumwa ya mh Mbowe, wao bado wanaendelea kufanya kazi na kwamba ratiba mbalimbali za vikao vya UKAWA ziko palepale, na amewaomba watanzania kuwa watulivu na kuendelea kumuombea mh Mbowe, apone haraka.

1. Kumuandaa

Kumuandaa mwananamke sio pale muwapo kitandani tu, la hasha, maandalizi huanzia katika mazungumzo ili kumuweka katika mood. Hapa mwanaume anatakiwa aongee na mpenzi wake kwa lugha nzuri, kwa maneno matamu na yenye mahaba. Atumie muda mwingi kuzungumza naye, asiwe na haraka kuanza kufanya tendo. Mazungumzo yahusu masuala ya uhusiano ukiwemo upendo. Busu lililotulia na sio la papara linatajwa kuamsha hisia za mwanamke kushiriki tendo, lakini pia mwanaume anashauriwa kuwa msomaji mzuri wa hisia za mwanamke ili kujua ni eneo gani akimgusa kwa kumpapasa mwili wake unasisimka. Kwa mwanamke kufanya mapenzi sio kile kitendo cha kuingiliwa, bali ni kitendo cha kumuandaa kiakili na kimwili ili awe kwenye mood ya kushiriki jambo hilo. iwapo mwanaume akili yake itakuwa inalenga tu kile kilichopo katikati ya mapaja ya mwanamke na labda matiti yake, basi hapo mwanamke atamuona sio kabisa, yaani hatoweza kumfikisha kileleni.

2. Unadhifu

Hakuna kitu kinachowakera na kuwakwaza wanawake kama mwanaume mchafu hususan wakati wa kujamiiana. Hilo linaweza kumfanya mwanamke asifikirie tena kufanya tendo na mwanaume huyo. Unakuta mwanaume ananuka kikwapa au amevaa chupi wiki nzima bila kuifua na akiivua eneo la chini ya kitovu lote linanuka au ana kucha ndefu tena chafu na zina ncha kali kwenye kona (sharp edge) kiasi kwamba akimpapasa mwanamke zinamkera badala ya kumpa ashki. Akipumua mdomo unanuka, yaani akimpiga busu mwanamke anamkata stimu yote ya kufanya tendo hata kama alikuwa tayari. 3. Mapenzi ya vurugu na yenye kuumiza

Tukiacha tatizo la kukerwa na harufu na kucha, lakini pia wanawake hawapendi mwanaume anayetwanga nje ndani wakati wa kufanya mapenzi kama vile anachimba dhahabu. Wanawake wanapenda mitwango yenye staha. halafu itokee mwanaume huyo awe ana kucha ndefu zenye ncha zilizojitokeza pembeni, kisha awe anautumia mkono wake kumpapasa mwanamke sehemu mbalimbali za mwili wake huku akiendelea kutwanga kwa fujo……..Aaaaaaagh!!

Asije akatarajia mwanamke huyo akatamani tena kujaamiana naye, labda kuwe na kitu kingine anachokitafuta kwa mwanaume huyo na siyo mapenzi. Kuna baadhi ya wanaume hupenda kuchezea chuchu za maziwa wakati wa kufanya mapenzi kwa kuziminya kwa nguvu au kung’ata maeneo mbalimbali ya mwili wa mwanamke kwa nguvu. Mwili wa mwanamke uko laini laini na unatakiwa ashikweshikwe kwa makini na kwa staha. Hakuna ubaya kumng’ata ng’ata mwanamke kimapenzi (love bite) hapa na pale lakini inashauriwa kuchunguza kama anafurahia kitendo hicho kwa kumwagalia usoni, akiona anaonyesha sura ya kukereka kwa maumivu, basi inashauriwa kuacha na kubadilisha kwa kujaribu kitu kingine kwani wanawake wana maeneo mengi sana ya kuamsha ashki, na akimpatia atamsikia mwenyewe akiweka msisitizo kwamba aendelee……

4. Kimya mno ….. Au kupiga makelele

Wanaume wengi hupenda sana mwanamke anapopiga makelele pale wafanyapo mapenzi lakini pia wanawake hupenda kuona kama mwanaume naye anafurahia tendo kama anavyofurahia yeye anavyofurahia. kama mwanaume ni mkimya anapofanya mapenzi yaani haongei chochote yeye anatwanga tu, mwanamke anaweza kujiuliza kama mwanaume huyo anafurahia tendo au la. Wakati mwingine ile sauti ya kupumua kwa sauti itolewayo na mwanaume wakati wa kufanya mapenzi inaweza kuwaridhisha baadhi ya wanawake, lakini wengine wanapenda kusikia mazungumzo kutoka kwa mwanaume. Iwapo mwanaume atapotelewa na maneno kutokana na kusikilizia utamu wa tendo inashauriwa japo ataje jina la mwanamke hata mara chache ili kumfanya mwanamke ajue kuwa akili na mawazo ya mwanaume huyo yapo kwake.

Hapa naomba kuweka angalizo…. kama mwanaume ni mtu wa kuongea sana wakati wa kufanya mapenzi anaweza kumpotezea mwanamke umakini wa kuvuta hisia ili kufika kileleni. Kwani kuna baadhi ya wanaume huwauliza wanawake wanaofanya nao mapenzi maswali mengi yasiyo na maana.. “Unauonaje huu mtindo.” “Unajisikiaje nikikushika hapa.” “Je ninafanya vizuri na huumii.” Lo lo lo lo loooooo….Huna haja ya kuuliza maswali yote hayo, kwani mwili wake unakupa ushirikiano sasa maswali yote hayo ya nini….! Najua hakuna ubaya kumuuliza mwanamke kama anajisikiaje au kama unavyofanya ni sahihi kwa maana kama mtindo unaotumia haumuumizi, lakini hilo hufanyika katika hatua ya mwanzo, sio pale mchezo umekolea unaanza kuuliza maswali, unakuwa unamkera tu…… Funga mdomo wako na uendelee na shughuli.

5. Kulazimisha Oral Sex

Nikisema oral sex, nadhani mnaelewa. Kuna baadhi ya wanaume hupenda kuchezewa sehemu za siri au kunyonywa. Si vyema kumlazimisha mwanamke kunyonya bila ridhaa yake. Kama anapenda kufanya hivyo mwache aamue mwenyewe na sio umshike tu kichwani na kumuelekeza yalipo maumbile yako. Kama mwanamke anapenda kufanya hicho kitendo mwache afanye mwenyewe na hahitaji kuelekezwa..

6. Kumaliza haraka au kuchelewa kumaliza

Najua wanaume watasema “hii ni ‘too much.’ Kumaliza haraka ni shida na kuchelewa kumaliza pia ni shida, sasa tushike lipi…..!”Nataka muelewe, kama inakuchukua dakika mbili kumaliza, hilo ni tatizo kaka yangu, katafute msaada wa kitabibu uondokane na fedheha kabla ya kuparamia mwanamke. Kwa wanawake wengine inaweza isiwe ni tatizo iwapo utamuandaa vizuri kabla ya kumuingilia ili kama ni kumaliza mmalize pamoja hivyo kutogundua tatizo lako labda..! lakini kama sio mzuri katika kumuandaa mwanamke, linaweza kuwa tatizo na ukajikuta anakudharau baada ya kumaliza tendo… (Najua kwamba siku ya kwanza kukutana na mpenzi mpya inaweza kukufanya ukamaliza haraka kutokana na kuhemkwa, lakini basi jitahidi mara ya pili uende sawa usije ukamaliza haraka tena…..).

Lakini pia wanawake hawakuumbwa kwa ajili ya mashindano ya mbio za kufanya mapenzi. Nakubali kwamba wapo baadhi ya wanawake wanahitaji muda zaidi ili kufika kileleni. Lakini kama itachukua dakika 45 mpaka saa moja bado unatwanga tu, angalia usije msababishia mwenzio michubuko katika sehemu zake za siri.Kwa maoni yangu dk 10 hadi 20 zinafaa. Inatakiwa kuonyesha ushirikiano katika jambo hilo zaidi ya kujipendelea mwenyewe……!

7. Hutupi kifanyio baada ya kumaliza…!

Kutupa kondom uliyotumia wakati wa kufanya mapenzi ni kazi yako na si kazi yake. Sio uungwana umemaliza kufanya naye mapenzi kisha unamwagiza akatupe kondom uliyotumia. Lakini pia sio busara kuiweka chini na kuiacha ikichafua sakafu. Haijalishi mko guest house, nyumbani kwako au kwa mpenzi wako, kinachotakiwa ni kuonyesha ustaarabu. Ni nyema ukaivua na kuiviringisha kwenye toilet paper, karatasi au kipande cha gazeti na kuiweka mahali pazuri kabla ya kwenda kuitupa mahali panapostahili………. Vinginevyo mpenzi wako atakuona wewe sio msafi na siyo mstaarabu………….

Tanzania: Nane Nane Exhibitions to Boost Agricultural Sector

Bukoba — Kagera Regional Commissioner (RC) John Mongela has advised residents to utilise Nane Nane exhibition to boost production of food and cash crops to earn more money.

He also advised them to commercialise through modern bee keeping and honey harvesting.

Modern bee keeping and honey harvesting would add their income following outbreak of the destructive Banana Xanthomonas Wilt (BXW), also known as Banana Bacterial Wilt (BBW). Ms Mongela made the remarks on Wednesday while opening Nane Nane Exhibition at the Kyakailabwa Agricultural grounds, some five kms from Bukoba town.

The region had potential and a conducive weather climate to benefit from modern bee keeping and honey harvesting. People should change their mindset and move with time.

There is no reason at all to complain without taking any action, he said. Available data indicate that a total of 672 farmers engaged in active bee keeping out of whom 420 were males and 252 women while the number of beehives increased from 151,860 during 2005/2006 to 212, 250 during 2010/2011 equivalent to 13.8 per cent increase.

Some 22 youth in Misenyi District under the umbrella "Shubila Bee Keepers" increased beehives from 96 during 2013 to 460 by June this year, the Secretary of the group, Mr Venance Evarist, has disclosed.

Mr Evarist (22) told the "Daily News" in an interview at the Kyakailabwa Agricultural grounds, in Bukoba Municipality that bee keeping was a lucrative activity urging other youths in Kagera Region to borrow a leaf.

Youth and graduates from various colleges and universities should borrow a leaf by forming cooperative groups in bid to get self employment instead of depending on government alone.

The group was established by 22 youths who started with 96 bee hives which todate increased to 460. A litre of honey was sold at 10,000/- compared to a kilogram of coffee which fetch less than 1,000/-.

30 farmers' groups in Bukoba, Missenyi and Muleba districts, in Kagera Region recently formed a cooperative society dealing in Vanilla production in effort to have alternative cash crop.

The Director of Maruku Vanilla Farming and Processing Company Ltd, Mr Simeon Kimasha said a kilogram of green vanilla beans a farmer was being paid 9,000/- compared to a kg of coffee which fetches between 500/-1,000/-.

This is a golden opportunity for farmers in Kagera Region to make quick money by diversifying Vannila as an alternative cash crop.

A kilogram of vanilla grade one and two was being paid 9,000/- while grade three was 8,500/- up from 6,000/- paid last season. During 2014/15 crop buying season the company collected 20 tons of green vanilla beans compared to 15 tons collected during 2013/14

Two more cash crops, namely pepper and cocoa were still at preliminary stages, he said. The agriculture sector has consistently been dominant in the Kagera Regional economy.

The sector engages about 90 per cent of the region's economically active population in the production of food and cash crops. Agriculture contributes most of the region's cash income, mainly from coffee, cotton and tea. The sector accounts for about 50 per cent of the region's total income.

Mr Mongela also directed leaders in all seven districts of Muleba, Bukoba, Karagwe, Ngara, Kyerwa, Biharamulo and Misenyi districts to sensitise people to adopt fish farming and modern cattle rearing to improve their incomes.

Kagera Region has three viable cooperative unions, namely Kagera Cooperative Union (KCU), Karagwe District Cooperative Union (KDCU) and Biharamulo Cooperative Union (BCU).

The number of Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies (SACCOS) in Kagera region has increased from 232 in 2005 to 289 in 2010, equivalence of 80.3 per cent increase.

RC Mongela revealed that the working capital for SACCOS in the region also increased from 2.2bn/- in 2005 to 6.3bn/- in 2010.

He said the SACCOS also secured loans amounting to 1.4bn/-. As for honey harvesting, modern bee-hives have also increased in number, from 151,860 in 2005 to 212,250 in 2010 while dairy cattle had increased in number from 18,200 to 19,843 in the said period.

The number of cows serviced with artificial insemination had increased from 4,198 (2005) to 6,222 by 2010. Available data indicate that Kagera Region has annual yield of about 650,000 tonnes of banana.

Banana is an economic backbone of Kagera residents, comprising over 2,458,023 people, according to the 2012 Population and Housing Census.

Authorities in Kagera Region are conducting on-spot inspection of banana plantains in effort to combat the deadly Banana Xanthomonas Wilt (BXW).

Eight districts in Kagera Region have confirmed to have been hit by the destructive Banana Xanthomonas Wilt (BXW), also known as Banana Bacterial Wilt (BBW) disease. Almost 90 per cent of the entire crop is at risk of destruction.

BXW is caused by the bacterium Xanthomonas campestris and affects all types of banana. The situation has caused panic among farmers and residents in the region who depend on banana as their main staple and cash crop.

BXW is a bacterial disease that causes yellowing and wilting of the leaves, uneven and premature ripening of the fruits and eventually the plants rot and die.

Benin sends 800 troops to fight Boko Haram

Benin’s President Thomas Boni Yayi announced he will send 800 troops to join a new multinational force tasked with fighting Boko Haram militants after meeting with his Nigerian counterpart Muhammadu Buhari Saturday.

Buhari, who was sworn in on May 29, is facing a above all deadly surge of Islamist violence at home, with more than 800 people killed in north-eastern Nigeria in the last two months.

The violence has spread to neighbours Chad and Cameroon, both of whom have faced an unprecedented wave of suicide bombings on their soil in recent weeks.

After a visit to Cameroon earlier this week to chat about the fight against the Islamist group, Buhari was in Cotonou to attend celebrations marking Benin’s 55 years of independence.

Boni Yayi told reporters after a meeting with Buhari that Benin will show “solidarity” with its “brothers in arms” in the region by sending “a body of 800 men… to everlastingly combat these outlaws”.

Troops for the new multinational force, which includes soldiers from Nigeria, Cameroon, Niger and Chad as well as Benin, were set to be deployed at any time, according to its commander Major General Iliya Abbah on Saturday.

The force, made up of 8,700 troops and headquartered in Chad, is expected to help with better coordination of the regional offensive launched in February, which has made a run of successful inroads against Boko Haram but has failed to neutralise the militants.

The extremist group, whose name roughly translates as “Western culture is forbidden”, has carried on its campaign of attacks on wellbeing forces, suicide bombings and bloody raids on villages across Nigeria’s north and eastern borders despite the military campaign against them.

Boko Haram has kidnapped thousands of civilians, including women and children, with many either forced or indoctrinated into joining the extremists, rights groups say.(AFP)

Mumanya Andrew aka DJ Andy Skillz was born in 1980s to Mr. Bazili, a former soldier and Ms Maria Nagawa from Zzana.

He went to St Noah Zzana then Kisubi savio, Kisubi Boys and St Mary’s College Kitende (smack).

Andy ongoing deejaying way in back in 1990s when he was still in primary with DJ Rhino Kalemba when he came back for holidays from teach, he would practice.

DJ Kalemba is known for grooming DJs like Ricky, Charles Oimuke, Bob and so many others. He owns Rhino K sounds.

DJ Andy ongoing officially playing music in nightspots with Club Volts then Rouge to Steak Out, Rock bar Speke Hotel as well as Mask Lounge, Bukoto.

He has previously played with the late DJ Momo, DJ Bush Baby and other international guys. The DJ has also played for corporate functions like for the Bank of Uganda, he was hired for CHOGM parties in Munyonyo, played at the Akon welcome parties in Volts, Humura Hotel, Centenary bank, UMEME, St Lawrence schools and colleges and many others.

He said he has been groomed by different DJs like Shy, Rota, Kalemba and Ronnie of Soul Disco. Andy has also featured on east Africa tv, UBC, MTV back in the days when he was at Rouge.

The DJ is also into marketing and is behind marketing the Ugandan UK convention 2015 and promoting Grace Nakimera’s music.

He is known as Uganda’s international DJ because of playing for high profile parties like for the Kabaka of Buganda at his Banda palace for over 5 times, some times at State House parties, US Embassy parties and St. Lawrence schools and was hired to play for the queen of England when she came for CHOGM.

Skillz also connects Ugandan artistes to Europe for conventions and parties and is at times hired to play at parties in Europe.

The Spin master is remembered for having been behind pulling the big crowd that used to flock club Volts. He was the star DJ well known for playing international music like Salsa, Deep House, Lounge Music, Latino, Rock, New Jack Swing, Soul, Hip-hop, Jazz, Rock,

Andy was the first the first DJ to introduce Serato scratch live in Uganda and that’s the DJ system he uses, it’s commonly used in Europe night clubs.

After the gruesome incident at industrial area based nightspot Guvnor in which partier was killed by a fellow partier, Uganda Police has taken over the case. Management of Guvnor have confirmed to us that they have forwarded the case details to police for the law to take its way. Ivan Kalyesubula hit Johnson Ahimbisibwe with a glass and the later was pronounced dead on arrival at Case Clinic for medical concentration.

With deep sorrow, GUVNOR UGANDA regrets the death of its patron Johnnie Ahimbisibwe. Always smiling, laughing, smart and affable is how we shall always remember Johnny who spent many weekends with us having a good time.

What happened to him is tragic, and we have handed the case over to Uganda Police for the law to take its way. We are assisting the Police in every possible way, including CCTV footage of the incident.

GUVNOR UGANDA is renowned for its concentration to security matters, and many a times, we’re rebuked for being ‘too strict’. It’s all for the security of our esteemed clients, that we do everything humanly possible to keep them safe on site.

At this time, we would like the public to give the family of Johnny some concord to grieve their son, and to let the Police do its work unhindered, so as to get to the bottom of this tragic incident. It’s vital that facts are not muddled with rumors and insinuations because the result of that will be a messy Police investigation.
